Jess's birthday meal

The evening started off with a deliciously delightful meal at the thai restaurant where coconut rice, king prawn noodles, sweetcorn fritters and a very rich curry were eaten by two hungry people washed down with a bottle of pinot gricio. We then spend a hilarious evening at a friends house before heading into town where we didn't spend that long as we rushed home to make this vegan cheesecake in the middle of the night for Jess's birthday! ...which was surprisingly quite a success mmmm!
